Drag Camp
Spectrum Documentary presents "Drag Camp!" A one night special early drag show and dance party fundraiser at The Wise Hall. Celebrate queer representation and Trans visibility with us. Tickets available starting Feb.19th on a sliding scale of $10-20 (19+).

In Summer 2017 we screened "Stay Gold Man Up" and a lot of folks expressed that they would love to see a Man Up type show at an earlier time and at a venue with seating. Well we listened and brought together some wonderful performers and community projects for a night of Drag, Community, Music, Dancing and Fundraising!

This event is raising funds for and featuring amazing community projects. CampOUT, Intersessions, The Switch and a Gender Confirmation Surgery Fund.

Are the usual Drag Shows too late for you? Have you always wanted to bring that friend to Man Up but they are in bed by 11? The bars or clubs not your scene? Need a seat to enjoy yourself? Then this show is the one for you to check out!

CampOUT is a grassroots, community-based outdoor summer camp held in the Vancouver area for queer, trans, two-spirit and allied youth ages 14-21 from across BC. In affiliation with the University of British Columbia, the camp provides opportunities for these youth to develop leadership skills, build self-esteem, inspire each other, foster hope and resilience, and connect with resources to support their health and well-being (physical, mental, social, sexual, educational and spiritual). CampOUT provides a supportive space for youth to be themselves.

Engage with Trembling Void Studios who created The Switch. The worlds first transgender half-hour sitcom, this fun and heart-warming series features a predominantly transgender cast (with all trans roles played by trans actors) as they try to solve whatever crises they encounter - or create. On their journey, they build a community out of their disparate lives.
