Cooking Class with Chef Skye Elder
Brickroom's Chef Skye Elder, the 2017 Top Chef from the Ashland Culinary Festival, is going to re-create and teach you how to make his winning dish - Wild Coho Salmon Two Ways (Coriander Seared Coho with Coconut Jasmine Rice and a Wasabi Caramel Lomi Lomi Salmon and Radish Napoleon).
During this hands-on class you will learn how to execute and make this dish among other cooking techniques. The cost per ticket includes the Salmon Dish as your meal that evening. The class will be limited to 24 people.
This is a class you won't want to miss!
