Taverna Buckhead Whisky Dinner, Featuring ASW Distillery
Come join us for a delightful evening with a four course meal featuring a different ASW spirit with each course. The menu for your night out will be as follows:
Course 1: A spinach salad with walnuts, grapes, maraschino cherries, green apple, mache & mustard vinegar dressing paired with an ASW Fiddler Manhattan (Fiddler Bourbon, Dolin Rouge Vermouth, 18.21 Prohibition Aromatic Bitters)
Course 2: A charcuterie of spicy Genoa salami, spicy salamino, fontina & manchego paired with a Resurgens Rye Old Fashioned (Resurgens Rye, 18.21 Rosemary Sage Syrup, 18.21 Earl Grey Bitters)
Course 3: Cod fish with mango sauce, cilantro, grape tomatoes, diced tomatoes, black pepper & salt with spinach and walnuts, as well as asparagus. Paired with ASW Ameireaganach American Single Malt.
Course 4: Apple Brandy Cream Brulee paired with ASW Armour & Oak Georgia Orchard Apple Brandy.
Additional cocktails and spirits will be available to order during the dinner.
