The Seattle Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc., is honored to host the 2018 Northern Children's Cluster, Healthy Living Inside and Out.  We invite you to join us for a day dedicated to teaching our children the value of taking care of their bodies and minds.  Registration begins at 10:00am.  The day will feature workshops on Mindfulness, Bullying, age appropriate Physical Activity with Mixxed Fit and Field Games, along with Healthy Snacks.

A light breakfast and sack lunch will be provided for all registrants.  

Timeline of Events:
10:00am - 10:30am - Registration & Breakfast

10:30am - 11:00am - Rotation #1

11:00am - 11:30am Rotation #2

11:30am - 12:00pm - Rotation #3
 
12:00pm - 12:45pm - Lunch & Social time

12:45pm - 1:00pm - Wrap up & Closing

Every child will rotate through each of the workshops (Mindfulness, Bullying & Physical Activity/Field Games) which will last about 30 minutes.


Crossroads Community Center also features an outdoor playground and Crossroads Shopping Center is adjacent to the Community Center.

Cluster is for children ages 5-12 in grade groups 1-4. Cost for registration is $50/child and $25/adult. Price includes breakfast, lunch, activities and gift bags for the kids.
