1. Yoga to Embody Self-Love & Acceptance Dana Christian-Lee IN THIS WORKSHOP, DANA WILL LEAD YOU THROUGH A MIND, BODY AND SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE THROUGH YOGA AND SELF-REFLECTION. Dana holds a Anusara Inspried yoga certification, and eRYT 500-hour Yoga Alliance certification. She has been teaching yoga for over a decade! Her teaching style offers a blend of the many systems of yoga she has studied over the years, with an emphasis on the connection between the spiritual and the physical practice infused with healthy doses of fun.
2. Body Image Challenges as Doorways Laura Burkett JOIN LAURA BURKETT OF REAL FOOD WELLNESS FOR A WORKSHOP EXPLORING THE BIGGER INVITATIONS THAT LIFE PRESENTS VIA BODY IMAGE CHALLENGES. Well look at body images challenges as doorways into deepening and expanding our perspectives on beauty, sexuality, perfectionism, individuation, and more and explore client case studies along the way.

1. Transgression of Mainstream Beauty THIS WORKSHOP WILL BE PRESENTED IN A PANEL FORM TO TALK ABOUT BODY IMAGE STIGMAS THAT MINORITY COMMUNITIES GO THROUGH WITHIN OUR LOCAL GRAND RAPIDS COMMUNITY. Partners For A Racism-Free Community is a local Grand Rapids nonprofit centered on addressing issues of racial equity through unveiling the bias built into our current institutions and assisting organizations in navigating strategies and long term changes to create equitable spaces for everyone. 2. Release and Reconnect with Your Body: Emotional Processing Through Movement Jennifer Feldman JENNIFER WILL BE LEADING YOU THROUGH AND MIND AND BODY WORKSHOP. GET READY TO MOVE AND LISTEN TO YOUR HEART AND SOUL. Jennifer Feldman is the owner of Limitless Movement, located in Grand Rapids, MI. She is a myofascial release practitioner and studied resistance flexibility and yoga in Boston, MA. She specializes in working with professional performing artists as well as teachers, athletes, and anyone that suffers from chronic injuries. Jennifer is a registered yoga teacher and teaches at Cascade Yoga. She regularly teaches yoga workshops around Grand Rapids. In her early twenties, Jennifer had an eating disorder that allowed her to turn to bodywork and yoga as a way to create a different relationship with her body. She hopes that her experience can help guide you to reconnect with yourself.
3. Running in Silence: Walking in Peace Rachael Steil Jennifer DiGennaro AN INTERACTIVE WORKSHOP TO HELP YOU LOOSEN-UP NEGATIVE BODY BELIEFS AND TRY ON NEW MORE AFFIRMING BELIEFS ABOUT YOUR BODY.
RACHAEL STEIL AND JEN DIGENNARO WILL BE SHARING SOME OF THEIR OWN PERSONAL EVOLUTION FROM BODY LOATHING AND DISCONNECTION TO BODY ACCEPTANCE, RESPECT, AND EVEN LOVE. Rachael & Jen will briefly share insights from their own eating disorder recovery stories and what helped them most throughout their healing.
Participants will take part in an interactive exercise to explore the way body attitudes affect body image and the way we move through life.
Everyone will leave with worksheets and handouts to support them in shifting their attitude towards their bodies.
