NYCDAT's Chocolate, Beer and Cheese Pairing (May '08)
Mary Izett and Chris Cuzme of the New York City Degustation Advisory Team hosts a food and beer pairing consisting of specifically selected trios of Chocolate, Cheeses and Craft Beers that create sums greater than their individual parts. May will feature chocolates from Mast Brothers Chocolate, located in Brooklyn (www.mastbrotherschocolate.com). Possible guest appearances by Rick and/or Michael Mast. Cheeses will be from Saxelby Cheesemongers (www.saxelbycheese.com) and beers will be specialty local and imported craft beers available at Jimmy's No. 43.
NYCDAT is dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of craft beer through creative and delectable food pairing.
