Actors
Alex Bankier A fresh transplant to Los Angeles from Maryland, Alex is pleased to be making his Californian stage debut alongside such photogenic cast-mates. The fellow also happens to be a recent college grad and newly-returned globetrotting bum. For his next trick, Alex will rapidly become a mediocre actor who thinks they're too good for it all. In past theatrical productions he has played the likes of Captain Hook, Creon of Thebes, and even a bear (among other things). Thanks to this series of One Act Plays, he can now add "Sexy French Waiter" and "Depressed Priest" to an ever-growing list. As such, Alex's performative background does lie primarily in theater - in addition to martial arts and wistful tree-gazing. Be on the lookout for him doing any number of TV bit parts, glitchy motion capture, D-movies, and absurdist fight choreography in the future. A big thanks goes out to his fellow performers for their enthusiasm and spiritedness, and to the Atwater Playhouse for letting the madness happen. An equally large thank you is directed at the director, Cal; may his grounded nonchalance continue to steer the cast toward victory.
Hannah Jarvis Hannah is so excited to be a part of this production of one act plays. She recently graduated from UC Irvine with B.A. in Theatre Arts, and moved up to Los Angeles this past fall. Because nothing says adulting like moving to the big city with a crazy dream of becoming an actor. A few of her favorite past credits include The Wedding Singer, Macbeth, The Little Mermaid, Fame, Cabaret, and The Childrens Hour. Hannah would like to thank her family and friends for all the support, as well as her work managers for giving her the free time to do what she loves.
Chad Obannon Only hours after his High School graduation did he decide to move from San Antonio Texas to Los Angeles California to not only pursue his passion but also to show others exactly what an 18 year old kid is capable of. Being casted in his first acting role at age 7 to attending a lee Strasberg academy at age 15, Chad's resume of diverse acting roles continued to grow. He was accepted into the Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts in Hollywood California fall of 2017.Chads high energy and demanding presence goes hand and hand with director Calusman Olivier's production as well as the highly talented cast and crew.
Michael Le Michael was raised in Edgewater, Florida. He later moved to Orlando to study at the University of Central Florida, playing roles such as the Velveteen Rabbit in The Velveteen Rabbit, and the White Rabbit in Alice in Wonderland. He spends his free time learning choreography to Korean Pop songs, and playing Japanese Role Playing games.
Shanai Erdem Shanai Erdem, born and raised in Turkey, took the longest route possible to Hollywood, traveling the world and doing everything else besides acting for many many moons. She is currently in her Mastery Year with her Meisner training at The Elizabeth Mestnik Acting Studio. She also trained at The Clown School - her clown name is Som'thin Chunks. She has been in short films and has done Turkish voiceover work. When she is not acting, she is probably teaching yoga. She hugs every dog she sees. She has two cats, two birds and one husband. She is happy to be a part of the DFCAMPAN family.
Anna Orr Anna Orr recently started in the short film, Billy, Billy, Billy. She also guest started in the series, Dear Soulmate. She has played several roles including Roberta in Danny and the Deep Blue Sea, and Jessica in This is Our Youth. She has performed at The Next Stage Theater in Hollywood, and as an improviser at IO West. She has also performed as an improviser at Studio 4.
