Mission Statement

What We Do:
We cook delicious comforting foods and serve it in a sincere and hospitable matter. We find a location that will collaborate with our team and feature our menu and chefs for a lunch and/or dinner.

Khmai-Yan Cuisine:
Kamayan (Kuh-MY-an), A Filipino feast using your hands is an influence in the style of food we cook. As the Chef being half Khmer and Thai, as well as being engaged to a BEAUTIFUL Filipino woman, I will be preparing food with an interpretation of South East Asian dishes in a refined casual way. Being trained in casual to high-end restaurants, we will offer a variety of menus depending upon our clientele and space we have offered to utilize.

What we have to offer:
My vision for refined casual South East Asian cuisine is something I have not yet discovered in the twin cities. Our Goal is to offer a whole new style of cuisine in this area to provide an experience for guests that they may not be able to find anywhere else. We choose to support local businesses and farmers to provide the freshest and tastiest dishes we can.
