Blowout Theatre Company Presents: All Collections
Blowout Theatre Company proudly announces the world premiere of All Collections by award-winning playwright Paul Cohen. Directed by Emmy Frank, this new play centers around a young couple and their struggle to find both professional and personal fulfillment. Kerry Kastin, Matt Lenzi, Justin Mhor, and Melissa Navia star in this authentic and heartfelt story, set against the backdrop of debt issues in America.
This is Paul Cohen's first collaboration with Blowout Theatre Company. Paul's other works include Mourn the Living Hector, which won an award for Best Playwright New York International Fringe Festival 2008, and The Confidence Man, which was named as one of the ten best plays of 2009 by Gothamist.
Emmy Frank excitedly returns to Blowout to direct All Collections. She has also served as Assistant Director for James Lapine on Act One (Vineyard Arts Project), Merrily We Roll Along (Encores!/NY City Center), Little Miss Sunshine (La Jolla Playhouse), and Mrs. Miller Does Her Thing (Lincoln Center). Emmy made her Broadway debut as a PA on Sondheim on Sondheim (Roundabout Theatre Company).
Blowout's Co-Founder and Artistic Director, Kerry Kastin is thrilled to present this new work. "All Collections beautifully tells a real story, based on the true story of our everyday existence."
