This second installment of The Long Table Project features perfect pairings of food and drinks that are sure to be worth exploring. Each dinner caters a limited number of guests at a long table creating an intimate dinner.

2nd-Pecan Smoked Scallops, Cream Corn, Pork Belly & Shrinp Relish paired with Heiress
3rd-Braised Short Ribs, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Bacon Wrapped Green Beans, Debutante Demi paired with Debutante
4th-Snickerdoodle Crème Brulee
There will be an amuse buche to open, and a sorbet in between courses.
