Egyptian Cuisine with and Appalachian Twist!

First Course: Triple pine honey infused latte by the NOHM co. with juniper berries, spruce tips, Douglas fir, grapefruit rind, white peppercorn and coconut milk.

Second Course: Ruffage kale salad with a fermented honey mustard seed dressing (V)

Third Course: Egyptian lentil coconut cream soup and rice (V)

Fourth Course: Mandala chocolate honey cakes with a lavender and bee pollen crust

*Third and fourth courses will be paired with honey mead from Alchemy Herbal Wine*

In July we curated a conscious dining experience for our Asheville community, located at the Living Arts Foundation! Most of the food was locally and ethically sourced, wild foraged and in season here in the greater Asheville area! Our plant partner for this installment was Cannabis and our theme was 'Herban Italy' with an Appalachian twist!

We look forward to continuing this monthly installment of community gatherings in the name of culture and craft! This is the intersection of consciousness and consumption; when we can come together as a community to party with a purpose! This is a substance free container.
