Talking With...

Talking With, by Jane Martin is composed of eleven short monologues, each featuring a woman who talks about her life. And what lives they are. The play deals with the personal ordeals and inner thoughts of these unique women. Each one speaks to us as if she were speaking to a confidant. Some of the stories are very funny, some are touching and others intensely emotional, but all have a depth that allows us a sensitive insight to their personalities and characters. They are unique and diverse but somehow very familiar.

While the play is entertaining and a lot of fun, you leave with a lot to think about.
