Sunday Supper Series
The Sunday Supper Series is a chance for Vagabond Chef, Matt Welsch, to play. With a different menu every month, served in the afternoon of the second Sunday, you get to reap the benefits of Chef's extensive travel and culinary curiosity.
For the Inaugural Sunday Supper, Chef will be preparing the meal he executed as a guest chef at Uptowne Cafe in LaCrosse, WI this past September.
Corn Fritters with Pickled Ramp Chimichurri
Squash Bisque garnished with fried sage and roasted pumpkin seed Arugula, Honey Comb, Prosciutto, and Goat Cheese White Cheddar and Cherry-Stuffed Filet Mignon Sweet Biscuits with fruit infused cream and fresh berries
