2pm ~Shamanic Solstice Ceremony with Monica
Celebrate our connections with the rhythms of nature as we honor a new season by drumming, rattling, and connecting with nature in the woods. Participate from the paved path if you need.
[Please note that the event starts at the forest preserve bike trailhead at the northwest corner of Devon & Caldwell.
If you cannot be outside, join us inside when we return at 2:40p.]
2:30pm ~head 3 blocks east to the office

3:00pm ~Gift of the Tao with Nisa
A system of movement meditation by Qigong Master Michael Lomax designed to physically and energetically open energy gates, raise the energy body vibration, and promote inner peace and longevity.
3:45pm ~15 minute Mini-Sessions begin with Joy, Monica, Kelly, and Nisa

Works reflex areas in the feet & hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs, & parts of the body Homeostasis; Relieves stress & tension; Improves blood supply; Promotes unblocking of nerve impulses.
~Chakra Balancing with Monica
Utilize the perfect energy replenishing techniques to repair imbalances/blockages in your main Chakra system to help your energetic, emotional, mental, and physically bodies feel more balanced.
~Reiki with Joy
A calming energy medicine treatment focusing universal life force energy. A 15 min. treatment is known to feel as balancing as an hour of deep sleep.
~New Paradigm with Kelly
New Paradigm energy work brings in Mahatma & Shamballa energies, the highest energies we can safely channel at this time. They assist people in healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. In particular, they really help open, clear, and deepen the Heart chakra.
~Zen Shiatsu with Joy
Holistic East Asian bodywork that feels like acupuncture without the needles, includes gentle stretches. Relaxing & helpful for chronic pain, stomach upset, anxiety, & sleep issues.
