It's time to book the tickets to our most coveted event of the year--White Truffle Dinner at Belotti.
This year, Chef Michelealmost didn't think thathe could host one as Italy experienced one of the driest years for a while alongside major fires in thePiedmont region, the quantity and quality of the trufflehavebeen subpar for most of the season. After a long search, we finally are able to hunt down some elusive good quality ones for us to be able to host our white truffle dinner this year!
