We are excited to welcome you to the fourth year of the Welsh Hoop Convention! We have some super talented and wonderful teachers including:

See Ying Yip - Spice up you Twins with Wall Plane Tech 11:00 - 12:15
Esther Fuge - contemporary dance hoop fusion workshop - 11am-12.15pm Esther will be teaching a workshop on contemporary hoop dance fusion. Esther is a professional contemporary dancer & hooper & this workshop will explore moving both of these elements.
Marianna De Sanctis - There is no limit but sometimes we forget 12.15pm-1.30pm - The workshop consists of the following techniques: on / off body, hoopdance, flow, balance, juggling. Exploring playing & finding your hoop personality.
Star Fra - Box splits - 12:15am-13:30pm Star Fra will teach you all the moves to start to box split or to advance your box splitting technique!
Elliecoptor Pilott - Beginner hoop fun Beginner hoop 1 Hour beginner hoop workshop 14:30-15:30
See Ying Yip - Brain scrambling Wall Plane Tech 15:45 - 17:00
Star Fra - Epic feet flow - 15:45-17:00 Star Fra will take you through some basic foot hooping moves through to epic foot throws and catches and everything in between!
Sparkles Hoop Troupe (Elliecoptor Pilott & Ernie Sparkles) - Crafting hoop cabaret 17:00 - 18:15
Marianna De Sanctis 17:00 - 18:15

Warm up with hoop n' move
Yoga with Tamsin from Yoga Boat
Aerial hoop taster ((minimum numbers available)
Aerial silks taster (minimum numbers available)
B-Girl dance workshop (minimum numbers available)
and a hoop jam

Doors Open at 10.00am
Workshops 10.30am-6.45pm (1 hour lunch)
Optional showcase 7.00pm-8.00pm.

LUNCH IS PROVIDED by The Penylan Pantry.(Included in the ticket price.)
FREE tea and coffee! Whoop!
Snack bar available.
