Course 4 KBS with chocolate chip pancakes with maple bourbon syrup and topped with fresh made espresso whipped cream and bourbon soaked coffee beans.
Course 5 CBS served with a scoop of vanilla bean mascarpone, smothered with maple bourbon syrup and topped with shaved dark chocolate and bourbon coffee beans.
