Astronomy: Scaling the Universe...Its Size and Our Place In It!
From the earliest times, mankind has looked up at the night sky in wonder, trying to determine what it all means. Over the ages, as our knowledge expanded, so did our awareness of the size of the universe and our place in it. Join us for a discussion of the size/scale of the universe, the history of astronomy, and how our knowledge of the universe has expanded since ancient times.
Join Bill Hudson, a Fremont Peak Observatory presenter with a lifelong interest in science, particularly astronomy. +
