A Christmas Wish Concert
Want to get into the Christmas spirit? Then plan on attending the upcoming concert, A Christmas Wish, where the beautiful voices of the Sheeco Productions will delight you. The show features Sheila Fahey, along with her daughter, Jennifer Fahey; her niece, Patty Lee: and our good friend, Kathy Teevans Fitzpatrick. Accompanying them will be the musical director, another talented and good friend, Mark Donahue.
Julie Ann OConnell, Sheilas niece, will make a guest appearance which always makes one wonder who the real star of the show is. The funds raised by the show will go to several of the special needs Programs in which she participates: Super Saturdays, Razzle Dazzle Special Travel, Friendship Home of Norwell, Waypoint Adventures and Cardinal Cushings South Shore Industries.
On November 25th, the doors to Braintree's Town Hall, located at 1 JFK Memorial Drive in Braintree, will open at 7 PM, at which time you can purchase raffle tickets for several prizes, find your seats and enjoy a wine or soda which will be sold in the lobby. The show will begin at 8 PM. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, but not beverages. Please purchase those in the lobby. If you would like to donate a raffle prize, it would be greatly appreciated. There will be an intermission, and the prize winners will be drawn at that time.
If you would like to reserve a table or several seats together, just send me the name of your groups leader and the names of those in your party. I will place the group leaders name on the table that is reserved for you. Tables seat 8 comfortably and 10 will do for close friends and family. Last year, a couple of late comers had to sit at the back of the hall without tables, so please let me know of your group as soon as possible at wemco16@yahoo.com.
Many of you already know how talented the group is from your attendance at their previous shows, but, for those of you who havent met them, you are in for a real treat. We hope you can come to the show, enjoy your night out, and help out some wonderful special individuals.
