After four years of being silent, I finally decided to break my silence and bring my band back to the stage to do what we love to do, which is to express ourselves through the music. During my silence, I've spent a lot of time educating myself and writing new material. This concert will be a great one, as I look forward to sharing some of my original compositions with you. I hope to see you there.
Johnny Mercier, (Haitian/American Pianist) comes to ShapeShifter Lab for an evening of live music. Johnnys presentation will consist arrangements inspired by musical genres such as jazz, soul, R&B, Gospel, pop as well as his afro-Haitian heritage. After taking a artist/band leader hiatus, Johnny has reassembled his band and is ready to make the night one to remember!
