It's autumn and our beautiful Pacific Northwest forests are filled of chanterelle mushrooms. Foraging mushrooms is an Italian tradition of this season.
Immerse yourself in a hands-on experience with Michela Tartaglia of Cucina Casalinga, learning how to prepare handmade spaghetti alla chitarra with chanterelle, sausage and shallot. At the end of the cooking class, we will sit around our table and enjoy the dishes in the spectacular atmosphere of the Atrium Kitchen in Pike Place Market.
