Regular Basketry Class - three classes

This is a regular fortnightly class. The price shown is for three consecutive classes (every other Thursday) starting on date shown. There is another option to pay for individual classes but it is cheaper to book three sessions at a time. Classes are from 10.30 til 4.30 each day.

This will be an opportunity to learn basketry techniques from scratch if you are a beginner, or improve your skills and experimentif you are more experienced. I hope to keep the class quite informal and relaxed, so it will be different from my day and weekend classes where I have set techniques and/or baskets that I am teaching you to make and there is always the pressure to finish by the end of the day/weekend.
In these regular classes there will be more freedom for you to make different things and come up with your ownideas. I will be on hand to teach techniques and give advice when needed and to provide materials. I will also come up with ideas and suggestions of things to try.

Please Note: Every week I will have some material prepared with which you can make a small basic basket. If you would like to make something different. Please give me at least 5 days notice (longer if it is something large where big willow is required) to prepare the materials necessary. I cannot guarantee that I will have the materials but will make every effort to provide what is needed.

Materials will be charged extra depending on what you use. As a guide this will be around £5 for a small basket with a handle.
