VOLT Talks: Using marketing to increase tourability/export with Lina B. Frank
Originally commissioned by the European Project CASA Circuits in Prague Lina will share a practical guide for artists with top tips on how to work with marketing in order to increase tourability and export of your own work. Some people love marketing and some people find it difficult - this is a session for all groups in learning how to find your style and maximize its potential.
Lina is Co-Director of Circus City, Network Coordinator of Baltic Nordic Circus Network and Director of Ausform. She is a producer, programmer/curator working with Contemporary Circus and Live Art with bold and brave people, explorers and visionaries at heart. Lina is interested in how art can be used to facilitate democratic participation to challenge the status quo. She is specialist in artist and cultural development (particularly for Contemporary Circus Arts in European context) and artist-lead spaces and organisations.
