Our yoga instructors will guide you in an energizing and balancing all-levels yoga class, combining breath and movement to wake up the body and relax the mind. We work to teach others to engage in self-care through yoga and overall fitness and wellness, in addition to nourishing themselves through having fun and connecting with others within the community! There is enough chaos and stress in the world today; yoga teaches us to embrace finding balance by sharpening our physical and mental strength, as a means to leading a healthy and fulfilling life.
After class, celebrate the finer things in life with a Mini Bottle of refreshing Moët & Chandon Rosé Impérial and soak in the Chicago skyline! Sit back and relax in a space that inspires those at the top of their game to engage, sip, converse, taste, connect and exchange ideas. Brunch is available either indoors or out.
