Wilson Place Construction Tour

Join the Emerging Professionals for a tour of Wilson Place, Hometeam and Schiff Properties LLCs new mixed-use apartment complex being built at a main gateway of The Ohio State University. With Shremshock Architects leading the design, the development will have 65 rental units, 142 beds, 150 parking spaces, and 10,000 square feet of street-level retail. Thomas and Markers construction, on a former gas station site, is underway and expected to be complete by early 2018.

The project is located on the corner of Lane Ave & High St. The tour will begin at the construction trailer near Lane Ave and Pearl Alley.

Hard hats, safety goggles, and closed toe shoes are required. Photography not permitted.
