Join me for a nurturing day to discover the why's and how's to support your own womb wellness journey.
Starting from the beginning, a woman's menstrual cycle. We will explore what this means to us, the good, bad and ugly.
How a women feels about her cycle is often received with a sense of annoyance, pain. Seen to hold us from achieving, doing and having. Rather than being and connecting with our natural initiative self.
From our very first flow of blood, our relationship, nurture and awareness of these phases, can set the standard of how we 'feel' about our periods.
Your womb is calling out to you and she will do anything to get your attention.
These signs of disconnected, imbalanced and disease through our cycles of womanhood are expression of how, what we hold or not willing to let go.
A journey of wanting to connect with your womb space and feel her power?
We will discuss and learn how to apply various healing modalities to assist the uterus in restoring proper blood flow, wellness and balance.
We will also learn how to tune into your unique womb space through the breath, visualisation and other healing modalities.
The hands on work really gets you to be 'still and 'feel' your womb space. through deep mediative breathing, and just letting the awareness flow through you. The inward journey is truly moving.
With additional self care practices that maintain a level of wellbeing, this daily ritual will allow you to acknowledge how truly sacred your womb space is.
