West Asheville Tailgate Market Presents "A French Country Supper" with Salt and Smoke
The West Asheville Tailgate Market is hosting its first market supper of 2017 with the chefs of Salt and Smoke! You can expect a multi-course, exciting (yet classic) French country meal. Think simple dishes with lots of flavor...and butter! And as many ingredients as possible will be sourced directly from WATM vendors.
The market supper is a unique way to support the local food movement, meet the farmers that grow your food, and commune with neighbors over a fresh, local, thoughtfully prepared meal.
WHO: Salt & Smoke restaurant with the West Asheville Tailgate Market
WHAT: A 5-course farm-to-table supper, using all ingredients from the market. All ingredients are purchased from market vendors and all proceeds go toward the growth of WATM
WHEN: Tuesday, August 29th at 7:30 pm
WHERE: The Market lot, 718 Haywood Road (the grassy patch outside of Grace Baptist Church)
HOW MUCH: Tickets are $50 for a 5-course local, organic meal
Tickets can be purchased online here OR at the market's Information Booth on Tuesdays from 3:30-6:30 pm.
This is a small supper and tickets are sure to sell out quickly!
