Rooftop Bier Dinner Pig Roast Buffet
We are having a pig roast buffet up on the roof paired with 4 ten ounce pour biers. Each of the courses will be paired with a different bier.
1st course: Obatzda: Bavarian Bier Cheese
2nd course: Tomato & Watermelon Salad. Ricotta Salat, mint, mizuna sherry
3rd course: Pig Roast. Sauerkraut, potato salat, au jus.
4th course: Bier Brownie made with Hofbrau Dunkel
The four biers we are featuring will be:
Blanche De Bruxelles
Braufactum Progusta
Hofbrau Original
Hofbrau Dunkel
$30 plus tax and tip.
Advance ticket orders include a food cart token to be redeemed whenever.
