Day Bus Trip to Leavenworth

Our winter adventure begins at 0730 our first pickup is at I-5/Martin Way Park + Ride,Lacey then at 0800 we will proceed to the next stop at I-5/512 Park + Ride,Lakewood

Once loaded we will be on our way over the pass. We have 3 hrs to enjoy the scenery,partake in libations and mix and mingle with new friends. Feel free to bring food and drinks. The bus is equipped with restroom,CD/DVD/ and Sirius Satellite radio. Bring winter weather gear for outside activities. A throw blanket is suggested for the ride home. Don't forget your camera, ipod,kindle or whatev.

We arrive in Leavenworth around 11am.

We will return to Tacoma around 10pm.

Things to do:

Explore the town, shop, wine taste,visit the nutcracker museum, chocolate shops, the Hat shop and try an authentic German meal.

At 1pm those that would like to go to Ski Hill the bus will take us there.

Less than 2 miles from downtown, the Leavenworth Ski Hill offers many activities at an affordable price. Food, beverages and warmth are available at the historic Ski Hill Lodge.

Lt Michael Adams Tubing Park - Tubing fun for the whole family!
Ski Jumping - The only American ski jump on west coast!
Nordic Skiing & Snowshoeing - 7 km of trails with 5 km lit for night skiing.
The Historic Ski Hill Lodge - Watch the kids ski, warm up around the fireplace and take a hot cocoa break.
At 4pm the bus will take us back to town for more exploring.

We aren't exaggerating when we say the Cascade Valley Wine Country is one of the hottest up and coming wine hotbeds in the Northwest. Our geography gives our wines depth and complexity normally not found in young wine regions. Taste, sip, savor, and repeat!
