Camden Shakespeare Festival presents ROMEO & JULIET
Shakespeare's story of unquenchable love has resonated throughout every culture for 400 years. The children of two families - sworn enemies - defy society with their forbidden romance. Passions rise and blood boils in a story that is, by turns, romantic, funny and chilling.
Please Note: Romeo and Juliet contains scenes of simulated violence, which may be too intense for younger audience members.
Please note: Romeo and Juliet plays outdoors in the Camden Amphitheater, with the exception of Saturday July 29 only, when it will be performed indoors at St. Thomas's Episcopal Church, regardless of the weather. The address of St. Thomas's is 33 Chestnut Street in Camden.
St. Thomas's is also the rain venue. We perform rain or shine. Please check our Facebook page if rain is forecast.

Although we do not refund because of rain, patrons are welcome to switch to another performance night.
