Language of School Advocacy- School Based Meetings and Plans
This on-going weekly educational series supports parents and caregivers who feel confused and overwhelmed by the school system, IEPs, or 504 plans. Stop asking the same question, and start learning how to communicate, collaborate, and plan effectively for your child. Parents, family members and professionals are welcomed and encouraged to attend!
Module 3: School-Based Meetings and Plans
Highlights include: - When do I need help for my child beyond the classroom? - What is the difference between an PBIS, Tier 3 supports and PBIP? - Do I need a 504 plan or an IEP? - What to do after an meeting.
