Fostering diversity in your organization takes more than hanging flyers or Facebook posts. There are key factors in running an organization that promotes and supports the diversity of its staff, board, volunteers, and participants.

Come and hear what local organization leaders have found to be the key in fostering diversity in their organizations. You will leave this training with action steps to take back to your organization.

Featured panelists include Linda Ketcham of Madison-area Urban Ministry, Ezi Adesi of The Literacy Network, Glenna Scholle-Malone of Edgewood College and Joey Bee of Queer Pressure.

The cost for this DCAVS Lunch and Learn Program is $14.00 for members and $21.00 for non-members. The cost includes meal and seminar fee. Payment is required, once registered, whether you attend or not.
