Eastlake Cruise amidst the Christmas ships for the grand finale last concert of the year on Lake Union
The Eastlake Community Council and Champagne Cruises invite you to the Sunday, Dec. 23 holiday cruise on the historic icebreaker the Islander. Boarding begins at 6:30 p.m. at 1611 Fairview Ave. E. We depart at 7:15 p.m. to join the "Christmas ships" as they gather for a concert in Portage Bay and then accompany them for the grand finale last concert of the year on Lake Union; return is at 10:15 p.m. Price is $15 (kids up to 4 years old are free). Purchase tickets on this web site or over the counter at the 220 Nickerson offices of Brown Paper Tickets. Ticket price includes a catered dinner with meat and vegan options, Caesar salad, dessert, and fruit punch. There is also a no-host cash-only bar. You are encouraged to bring a food item or cash donation for the University District Food Bank.
