Noodle School
Well be meeting at Sweedeedee (5202 N. Albina Ave.)at 6:30 pm where well start with a glass of bubbles and introductions. At 7:00pm ill be starting a demo where ill show everyone how to make dough, use a pasta roller, and shape agnolotti. Ill also talk about fillings and sauces and there will be plenty of time for questions. Towards the end of the demo there will be an opportunity to practice what youve just learned! After the demo we will be sitting down for a family style pasta dinner.
