Canning- Jams & Jellies
Join our Head Chef, Ben Meyer, our FDA-certified operations manager, as he demystifies the process of making and canning jams and jellies. This hands-on class will cover the details in making great canned preserves from your Summer fruit harvest, including process details, safe handling techniques, recipe development and proper storage. Ben will cover cooking methods, recipes and demonstration of production. Class includes a demonstration of several recipes, and students will leave with two jars of preserves, which you've made! $65 per person. 3-7pm
