Definition of 2nd base can get "slippery" so to speak so let's first get a clear definition of what 2nd base will mean at this event.

What Animal are You?

Dog - You may initiate touch with this person as initial contact. The dog stamp is their consent for negotiating boundaries via touch. Often this is a person who is comfortable with their no and is not easily upset or triggered by affectionate touch as an initiation. Dogs likely will lap up your affections, but they also reserve the right to negotiate how they are handled and by whom so. . . take is slow, communicate and negotiate.

Cat - The default for good consent behaviors in the world in general. Verbally negotiate for consent before touching. Wait for an affirmative and enthusiastic yes BEFORE you start making moves to touch someone. If you want to renegotiate where and how you are touching each other. . . check in! i want to hear that sexy talk!

Bird - Birds are not interested in being propositioned. it could be that they are wanting to call the shots or that they are simply here to socialize with other guests and get frisky with pre negotiated partners only. . . who knows! feel free to be socially inviting and flirtatious with birds. . . you may be the one getting asked for a kiss or you may make an awesome new friend.
