A Catskills Spring Pork & Beef Sausage Making Party on May 7th (Delhi, NY) at 6:30pm
Join us on May 7th for our Catskill Mountains Spring Pork & Beef Sausage Making Party using traditional spices blends as well as Catskills foraged wild leeks (ramps), garlic mustard, sumac and more!
Everyone is a sausage maker, whether adding salt and pepper to a burger or making your families favorite traditional recipe. This is a presentation & hands-on workshop showcasing the 'Foundations of Sausage Making' using local Pork and Beef.
During the Party we'll share the basic "science" that makes for good sausage and how to tweak recipes to your liking. All participants will go home an assortment of sausages made during the workshop! This programming is taught by Eric Shelley and Nicole Day Gray. To register and purchase tickets online, please visit here. Feel free to join us that evening and pay by cash or check. $20 per person.
