Horse Thief Hollow Beer and Food Pairing
Join Certified Cicerone and beer judge Jeff Whelpley as he teaches the basics of food and beer pairing. We'll sample six different beers paired with food from the Horse Thief Hollow menu.
To get the most out of this class:
- Try not to smoke a few hours before the class starts. Actually, please quit smoking. It's bad for you.
- Refrain from eating spicy foods the day of the class.
- Do not use scented soap or hand-sanitizer prior to the class.
- While most of these beers aren't necessarily high in alcohol, please arrange for transportation. Don't drink and drive, that's bad for you, too.
