NEWZ-a-PALOOZA
Live Music by Patricia Wells and Augustin Lira, Jem Bluestein in a benefit for the Community Alliance newspaper, the independent voice for workers and progressive groups in the San Joaquin Valley, and for the KFCF Radio News Stringer Fund. The NSF pays reporters to report significant regional and local stories of statewide interest to be featured on the Pacifica Evening News on KFCF, KPFA, Berkeley and KPFK in Los Angeles.
Both organizations cover news stories that the mainstream news either miss, or only cover from a corporate news perspective.
