Epic Skill Swap 2017 - Weekend A CANCELLED

Epic Skill Swap is a participatory weekend festival where you can learn new skills, share the skills you have, and spend a couple days with an amazing group of people. Let's use our knowledge and the knowledge of others to build the kind of world we want to see. This listing is for A (May 26-29). A $25 registration deposit will hold your spot. If it works for you financially, you can also send in your full payment when you register. Epic Skill Swap operates on a sliding scale contribution model. We anticipate the cost to run the event in 2017 will be about $85 per person, and our sliding scale will range from $40 to $140. If the $25 registration fee is a hardship for you, please contact the organizers at EpicSkillSwap@gmail.com.

If you plan on bringing babies or toddlers, you do not need to register them separately. Just add a comment into your registration letting us know how many babies/toddlers you will have. We do ask that you register older children who you expect will eat with the group using a separate registration form. Our suggested sliding scale for kids is $25-50, but we encourage you to pay what feels appropriate based on your child and your situation.

Cancellation policy:
- Please let us know ASAP if you decide not to come.
- If you let us know by 2 weeks prior to the event (May 12), we will refund your registration fee.
- After May 12, we cannot guarantee a refund of your registration fee, but please do still let us know. If you have to cancel at the last minute, knowing that may allow us to make space for someone who missed the registration deadline.
