Yoga & Drumming: Lourdes Ramirez & Ladies of Midnight Blue: Hannabiell & Yilis
Once again join us for a special class to awaken and energize your inner vitality. The Yoga practice is taken to a whole new level with the addition of Live drums played by professional musicians Hannabiell Sanders and Yilis Del Carmen Suriel, or best know as Ladies of the Midnight Blue.
Expect a class where the Yoga poses will be syncronized to the rythm of the drums, creating a meditative and powerful space. We will aim at working with the energy of the root chakra.
Yoga & Drumming connect body & mind. Allow your body to vibrate to the frequency and rhythm of the drums, taking your practice to a whole different level.
Income goes towards fundraising Harambee Pasadia, which is an afro-fusion music festival organized by Hannabiell & Yillis
