EVENT SCHEDULE:

6:30pm ~Shamanic Spring Equinox Ceremony with Monica
We'll celebrate our connections with the rhythms of nature as we honor the beginning of a new season by drumming and rattling, then listening and interacting with the natural world near the edge of Caldwell Woods. We will be alongside a paved path if you need that under your feet.

Transmute old energies to help yourself spring forward and blossom with the awakening world inside and out during this 30 minute group meditation.

~Zen Shiatsu with Joy
A holistic approach of East Asian bodywork that feels like acupuncture without the needles, practiced on a futon including gentle stretches. Relaxing and helpful for chronic pain, stomach upset, anxiety, and sleep issues.

~Reflexology with Joy
Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to all of the glands, organs, and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these reflex areas to relieve stress and tension, improve blood supply, promote the unblocking of nerve impulses, and help achieve homeostasis.

~Reiki with Joy
Reiki is a calming energy medicine treatment. You'll rest on a massage table as Joy gently places her open hands near or lightly touching your body from head to toe, focusing universal life force energy. A 15 min. treatment is known to feel as balancing as an hour of deep sleep.
