AFSP - The Waiting Period Fundraiser
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is proud to present Brian Copeland in a special engagement of his acclaimed show The Waiting Period - Laughter in the Darkness at The Marsh Theater in San Francisco on Saturday December 1, 2012 at 5:00PM. Wine & Cheese reception immediately following the performance in the Cafe next door.
Brian Copeland is an actor, comedian, playwright, KGO Radio and ABC 7 Live talk show host, and creator and performer of the longest running one man show in San Francisco History - Not a Genuine Black Man. The Waiting Period opened in February of this year to rave reviews. "As astonishingly funny as it is brutally honest - positively inspirational." Robert Hurwitt, San Francisco Chronicle Join us and see how Brian uses his unique dramatic talent and hilarious wit to shed light on the often debilitating epidemic know as depression. "I'm hoping that my story will help others suffering from depression realize that they are not alone."
