Steamer PORTLAND June Cruise
A rare opportunity to sail on Portland's own historic steam sternwheel tug, the PORTLAND!
The cruise is limited to 100 passengers - a unique event! You will enjoy sailing the Willamette River on the last steam sternwheel ship-assist tug in the US. Celebrate living history as the sternwheel turns and the whistle blows. Lunch included. Tours of the wheelhouse and engine room available as time and conditions allow.
Option: Tell OMM that you want to become a NEW member of the museum and we will credit $30.00 off your admission to a new membership! Museum members receive a year of free admission to the museum and subscription to OMM's newsletter, the Port Quarter.
Terms and Conditions:
Boarding - Every passenger must have photo ID to board the Steamer PORTLAND. Gates close one half-hour before departure.
Refunds - Full refund only for cancellations received 24 hours before cruise departure. If the Steamer PORTLAND does not leave the dock, for whatever reason, OMM will offer you a full refund. On cruise day, gates will close promptly one half-hour before departure; no refunds available to anyone who arrives after gates are closed.
Delays - Weather or other conditions may cause delays. Terms of refund in these cases will be negotiated with the individual ticket purchaser.
Vessel Access - Parts of the Steamer PORTLAND are available only by stairs. Passengers who need assistance are asked to bring their own mobility equipment and/or assistant(s) as a paid passenger(s). Certain sections of the Steamer may be off limits for all or part of the cruise.
By purchasing this ticket, passengers agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Oregon Maritime Museum (OMM) and its agents and employees for any loss or damage that may be caused to me or my property while participating on the cruise. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims for personal injury, death and/or property damage that may arise while I am a guest of OMM for this event.
