Men: Ballet flats or Apolla Socks. No restriction on color or style.
Apolla Performance Wear Warm Up Socks has created footwear for ballet dancers that provides Arch Support, Ankle Stability, Energy Absorption, and the option for Customizable Traction. Targeted compression zones help lift and stabilize the plantar fascia (and the 3 outer ankle ligaments most prone to injury in a roll). They are effective for energy absorption, developing strength in your feet, and act as a great warm up/barre aide.
We recommend getting traction if purchasing. Use discount code: ArchApollaDiscount for 10% off.
Women: Nude pointes or flats. Nude leo any style.
Men: Nude flats and nude tight fitting shorts.
**Nude refers to the color closest to your skin.
--Other costume aspects will be provided by ACB.
