SERASYMPHONY: Sailor Moon Symphony celebrates the release of its second album with a special live concert in association with Toronto Sailor Moon Celebration.
The pop-orchestral concert will feature selections spanning 25 years of Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon music and songs including the soundtrack of the original 1992 anime, "La Soldier" from the Sailor Moon musicals (Seramyu), "Moon Pride" from Sailor Moon Crystal, and never-before-released music from the 1995 English-language dub by DiC Entertainment as featured on the project's newest CD "Half Moon. Jennifer Cihi, the original singing voice of Sailor Moon, will make a special guest appearance.
Jennifer Cihi has been performing since she was a young girl growing up in California. At the age of 12, she began her professional career when she was cast in the role of Pepper in the 1978 Broadway National Tour of Annie. As a young adult, Jennifer lived and worked in Japan for two years performing at Tokyo Disney and starred in Nickelodeons Roundhouse. She has lent her voice to many national campaigns, including the famous Hot Pockets jingle. As the original singing voice of Sailor Moon, she travels the world performing her hits My Only Love, Carry On, The Power of Love, and more for die-hard Moonies.
