Join Chef Christine Hazel from FOX's Hell's Kitchen and Philly's own Chef Naimah Rutling for a celebration of Singles Awareness Day/ Valentine's Day!! We will be dishing up enticing hors d'oeuvres to excite your palette. The event will be from 7-9pm at Sto's Bar. 236 Market St, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
