Cosmic Flow - BOGO, $10 for Two Class Passes
A Solar Flow and Lunar Flow designed to be taken together. Maximize your mid-week decompression with 2 hours of yoga.
Wednesdays @ 6:30pm-8:45pm
A vigorous Solar Flow workout is followed by meditative Lunar Flow style postures to assimilate your hard work with stillness and calm.
Modifications are provided on every pose to suit your individual needs. Beginners may go at their own pace while advanced yogis are free to challenge themselves as they please.
