Montclair Culinary Academy Parisian Bistro~ An American in Paris! Adult Cooking Class
Travels to Paris ignite the imagination and the palate in this French cooking class for all skill levels. Whether a beginner or seasoned cook we will take you on a journey through the flavors and timeless tastes that makes Paris a gastronomic appeal! You will prepare a classical leek and potato tart followed by Coq Au Vin and fillet en Papillote and we will finish the evening with fresh fruit crêpes filled with chocolate and creme! This class is BYOB and we suggest a Crisp Chardonnay or a White Bordeaux!
