Everyday Food As Medicine: March 19 Cooking Class
Tired of making the same dishes over and over again? Want to eat more vegetables, but just don't know how to make them taste amazing? Eating healthy doesn't mean eating bland. Join us for this non-judgemental and fun cooking class and learn how to prepare quick, easy and healthy dishes that will leave you super satisfied. This class is perfect for beginner cooks as well as people who cook regularly, but need some fresh ideas. My mom and grandpa taught me to cook, so please note that we will be using organic butter and pasture-raised meat in many of these dishes.
